How to Meditate
This day is for anyone who has been  wondering how to meditate.  We will learn eight basic meditation methods that include relaxation through breathing, self-guided meditation, guided imagery, mindful meditation and various techniques to focus the mind.  You will come away from this fun and relaxing day with skills you can practice on your own.  Regular meditation is great for physical and mental health, and is an excellent stress-buster.  6 Contact hours of continuing education approved.

What to bring: blanket and pillow.  Refreshments are provided.
Fee: $100. ($50 nonrefundable deposit)
