An experiential and therapeutic day of exploring and preparing for the wisdom years. Becoming a Crone means confronting our scripts about age and the changes it brings. We are challenged to make peace with our aging bodies, our financial scripts and little old lady scripts in a culture not too kind to older women. In this therapeutic day, we’ll engage with psychodrama, art, music, meditation and ceremony to face the wisdom years with courage and confidence. An intuitive eating lunch is included. Bring a friend and give yourself this day! 6 Contact hours of continuing education approved.
